What's included
We periodically compare your ledgers with filed returns, e-documents and bank activity to confirm they tell the same story.
We analyse cash, bank, receivables, shareholder and inventory accounts and flag balances that cannot be explained.
Ahead of a possible inspection, we work through document organisation, high-risk items and anything that needs correcting.
We propose control steps based on authorisation, approval and segregation of duties that fit how your team actually works.
We assess purchasing, sales, collections and payments for risks such as missing documents or duplicate transactions.
You receive a clear report that ranks findings by importance and sets out concrete next steps.
Who is it for?
How it works
We agree on your priorities, the period to be reviewed and the scope of the work.
We go through ledgers, returns and supporting documents systematically in a secure digital environment.
We report the risks identified, suggested corrections and internal control steps in plain language.
We support you as the changes are put in place and review their effect together at agreed intervals.
Why Narin Şen Kaya, CPA?
SMMM Narin Şen Kaya treats a review not as a hunt for mistakes but as a management tool that protects your business. Findings are explained without jargon, with a clear sense of what matters and why. A cloud-based workflow keeps access to your documents secure and the process transparent. Every client is handled one-on-one, and potential risks are raised as soon as they become visible, not after they have turned into problems.
Frequently asked questions
Does this replace a statutory independent audit?
No. Companies subject to independent audit under the Turkish Commercial Code must be audited by licensed independent auditors. Our service is an advisory review focused on record accuracy, internal control and risk assessment. For companies that do require a statutory audit, we can help prepare for it and coordinate with the audit team.
Can I use this service if another firm keeps my books?
Yes. You can ask for a second pair of eyes on your records without changing your current accounting provider. We agree on the scope of access and how documents will be shared at the outset, and findings are shared only with you and the people you authorise.
How often should a review be carried out?
It depends on your transaction volume and structure. For many businesses, an annual in-depth review combined with short checks during the year strikes a good balance. Businesses with high volumes or multiple units may benefit from quarterly reviews; we plan the right rhythm together at the first meeting.
